Hi There.
Today I would call myself a design leader, business strategist and storyteller. Work friends would describe me as passionate and focused, with an energy and attitude that brings teams together. My design background and experience in data analytics allow me to influence cross-functional partners to make better business decisions driven by user empathy.
After 5+ years in companies undergoing change management, I take pride in my organization skills and thrive in complexity and ambiguity. I love to engage diverse non-creative roles in the creative process, and am no stranger to planning and facilitating cross-functional workshops and design sprints. The storyteller in me is passionate about user research where I have almost 7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, digital tool use and agency collaboration, synthesis of findings, report creation and insight presentation to senior leaders.
Professional Education
I completed over 50 hours of design leadership and management training from Park Academy, an IDSA partner (2018–2021). I have over 10 hours of technical trainings in paper materiality from RIT, Rochester Institute of Technology, (2019) and fabric science from J.J. Pizzuto’s interactive swatch book (2021). I am currently working towards the UX Design Professional Certificate from Google (2023).
